Indie blues rock duo The Como Brothers Band are back with their follow-up EP to their hugely successful first album,  Baby Steps. Imagination, due out August 10, is even more polished and centered as brothers Matt and Andrew Como continue to make their feel-good, slightly indie blues pop. The first single off Imagination is called “Good Enough for Me” and sees the brothers merging jazzy soul with indie rock and pop.

“Good Enough for Me” is one of the more stripped-down tracks on Imagination, opening with only Andrew Como’s upbeat yet bluesy guitar and Matt’s clear vocals. An organ and drum track are added later, adding a fuller feel but the focus is really on the vocals in this piece as well ascomoalbumart Andrew’s fun bluesy guitar solo.

Imagination seems to be taking The Como Brothers Band in a direction which is more pop-tinged than previous releases, but “Good Enough for Me” shows that their indie blues roots are not completely gone. Imagination will release on August 10 on their Bandcamp page and can also be pre-ordered on itunes
